PUNK IS ARGH !!!

STATE POISON from france will tour Japan this summer. They will hit the 4 main islands of Japan and go to many places most of the foreign bands avoid when they tour here, for a total of 16 dates !

If you don't know STATE POISON, they are from Saint Etienne, france and the members used to play in bands such as VOMIT FOR BREAKFAST, COCHE BOMBA, CHAOS ZZZ, HOLY MOUNTAIN...they plasy fast noisy punk, as they say "GAUZE meets GAI". But i will not consider them noisecore as their sound is more and more similar to GAUZE and early NIGHTMARE. You can still hear some noise here, that reminds GAI or even FRAMTID sometimes. But there is a really big early japanese hardcore feeling, which is, let's admit it, not a bad thing at all.

We have been really lucky for this tour, as so many nice people helped us. We are deeply thankful to all the people who organize a show, make a flyer, give us advice and so on...that's an amazing lesson japanese punks are giving us !

Further more, the great japanese punk artist SUGI did an amazing tour poster. I couldn't be more happy. Thanks again to everyone !
